Returns

We have a 15-day return/exchange policy. This means you have 15 days after receiving your item to express dissatisfaction with a Curl Cupid product recommendation.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need your order confirmation!

To start a return, please contact us at contact@glimmer.info. Once your return is accepted, we will issue and send a pre-paid return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send the package. We cannot accept items returned to us without the acceptance process.

Damages

Once received, please inspect all products and contact us immediately at contact@glimmer.info  if you received a defective, damaged, or wrong product so that we can evaluate the item and get a replacement for you

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

We cannot accept products that were not purchased through Curl Cupid as well as, perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale or discounted items or gift cards.

Exchange

At this time, we cannot facilitate product exchanges!

Curl Cupid Guarantee 

If you have tried a product we recommended within 15-days of receiving your product kit and are unsatisfied with our recommendation, we’ll send you a new recommended product or issue a full refund - you can even keep the product you tried.

New Recommended Product

To be eligible, email contact@glimmer.info with your order number, a request for a new recommended product, and a short product review (we want to make sure we understand why a product didn’t work). If your request is accepted, we will provide a new order confirmation for your new product(s). 

Refunds

To be eligible, email contact@glimmer.info with your order number, a request for a refund, and a short product review (we want to make sure we understand why a product didn’t work).  If your request is accepted, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
